Welcome to EHOH! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered
EHOH provides holistic services, including but not limited to [hypnotherapy, fire cupping, sound and aromatherapy, talk therapy, life coaching, pain management, holistic and herbal products, seminars, and workshops]. Our services are designed to promote overall well-being and are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment.

 

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

3. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Times of sessions are indicated on the booking page. If you arrive late for an appointment, the remaining time of our scheduled session is available to you if you have called to state you will be late. If you have not called, staff may not be available after 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. It may be appropriate to meet more or less than once per week if that is consistent with the agreed - upon treatment plan.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled therapy session, you must do so at least 24 - hours in advance. If you do not cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 - hours notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session, you agree to pay the full fee for that session, unless it is agreed upon that the absence was due to uncontrollable circumstances.

5. Products

We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications. This information has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card.

7. Refund Policy
At EHOH, we strive to provide high-quality holistic services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

At EHOH, we are committed to providing you with the best holistic services possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy below:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3 daus of your appointment. We will work with you to resolve your concerns.

2. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to ehoh.center@gmail.com. Please include your name, appointment date, service/services, product/products if applicable, and a brief description of your concern.

3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as any type of therapy sessions, are non-refundable once rendered.

5. Cancellation Fees: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for information regarding cancellation fees.

Our services are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EHOH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
